Rent-To-Own: Not everyone can buy a shed outright, no matter their storage demands. That’s why we bring you an easy and affordable path to obtain ownership with our Rent-To-Own program. Please note that building will be picked up if payments are not kept current.

We offer FREE deliver of your newly purchased building up to 100 miles. Not only free delivery, but you get On the spot installation. Free delivery excludes Deer blinds and Dog house.

Quality Construction
Our buildings are built with treated lumber. The floors are 4 x 6 skids that are notched for floor joists and are covered with 5/8″ plywood. 8′, 10′, and 12′ wide buildings have 2 x 4 floor joists and 14′ and 16′ wide buildings have 2 x 6 floor joists. You have a choice of siding: T1-11 plywood, metal, or duratemp. Optional metal or shingle roof.

Site Preparation
Remove vegetation from surface and square off an area the size of your shed plus 1 additional foot around the perimeter. Spread 4-6″ crushed concrete, trap rock, or similar material and compact entire area. Use a laser to ensure you have a solid level footing.
Notice: if you are installing a ramp, please extend your level pad 6′ beyond the door of the shed.
Check for overhead clearance of wires and tree limbs. Be sure to do any needed trimming before delivery to avoid damage to your building. We need a clear path a minimum of 2′ wider than your building. Be sure the path we take from the road to your site is solid – no sand.
Attention: the delivery driver does not get paid to trim trees or add blocking for your shed. If he spends extra time doing this, please consider giving him a tip.
